Much stress
Much work
Follow me, trying to discover the happiness of life, trying to survive a Post-Erasmus depression, trying to bring joy from small things, new things, lovely things. Live.

Week 11-12: Keep skipping weeks
Okay, I tried to keep my promise.
That's why the library was basically my home during the last two weeks.
Someone explain me how the hell this can happen.
You get back from Erasmus, and you are more boring and determined than ever.
Am I.... No
Am I...becoming....an
...adult???
NEVErRrrr
That what I realised in week 12.
I have to keep on doing new stuff!
So this sunday, I'll go swimming, like literally swimming up and down the pool, at least 30 times.
You know that this might be 6 years ago I did this???
i bought a swimming cap:)

Week 10: Life as a student.
Something exciting?
Not really.
Something new? Not really.
Only some big promises to myself:
- Be prepared before you start exam period.
- Every night, think of what you are grateful for.

Week 7-8-9: The real life...
Well...
I think it's pretty clear.
4 weeks passed by so quickly!
What I can remember is that week 7 was pretty depressive.
Week 8
-I went climbing again. YES.
- I went slacklining and picknickin' and meeting up with strangers
Week 9
-I went to an event as a photographer. Loved it. Photographers get so much positive attention;) Also after work:p
For the rest, nothing exceptional happened and I'm feeling like I'm losing the Erasmus feeling...

Week 6: Expanding
I ran 5.5 km.
THIS.
I did not have breakfast. I woke up. Saw the sun. Saw my running shoes. And ran. Never have I ever ran so far.
Ow, wait, this happened sunday....
Can this pleased be moved to this week??:/
Such a horrible depressing Post-Erasmus depression week.
And I can say, this week I FAILED.
Nothing special happened.
It was a plain old boring Belgian week.

Week 5: This is me.
I started with sunrise. Me in pyjama's, a blanket a cup of tea and some musli. Sunrise on the rooftop. Best Idea ever.
Tuesday was an incredibly busy and productive day. Social.Very social too. I was talkative and I liked it.
And I have the feeling I'm making this a diary instead of a conclusion of the week... :/
Back to basics:
I finally had dinner together with a best friend. Ow he bonding of cooking together....
I stayed in Leuven the whole weekend (=not new) BUT I did connect with my brother better, had a nice talk...
SUNDAYNIGHT: While playing at the soccer table and making friends from the US and Chile, suddenly 4 people I know surrounded me, and I felt SO social and so good:) I have to open up more.

Week 4: What is Free Time?
2x Full Library Day
Tuesday I drank some jenever shots. Long time ago...
Wednesday, I had to teach somebody Matlab. Yes. Me.
Wednesday, I went to a Dance Performance called "Really" by some Canadian artist. Alone. It was weird. We had to stand on stage. Dancers made creepy slow movements with their eyes closed. Like birds in their eggs. And we were the shell.
Friday I went Mystery Shopping

Week 2: Be spontaneous and have some shameless fun! + lotsa sports
- First time big partying after Erasmus return. Great night out with party friend.
-Running! That was ages ago! I think I went for a run in Lisbon exactly twice. So I didn't expect much. But, yeah, I ran 1km in one piece:D Proud of myself!!
- Ropeskipping! This sport has always been on my "IWantToDoThisSoBad" list. And, there we go, I went ropeskipping. And I could even stay an hour longer and join the advanced group ;D
- Couchsurf. Well, not really. There was a backpacker (who is planning to visit every single country in the world) asking me if I knew some couchsurfers, when I just wanted to enter the building I live in. So, I said yes, and called up a friend.
Then, I let the poor guy in, and sat in the kitchen with him. He told me about his strange life and vision on living. Nice discussion we had. At 1 in the night he left with my friend.
-Climbing! AAaaah, ages ago! But finally I met up with a good old pal for a nice afternoon. We went indoor climbing, and afterwards did some pooling.
-Mountainbike with my bro. That was an old-time promise. And finally, me and my brother went to the forest and did some nice dirty mountainbiking!
Week 1: it is SO BORING HERE
Yes.
Back in Belgium.
Unfortunately, it is so so so boring here. The sky is grey, people are looking down, ow damnit, I'm getting depressed.
So, I decided to start a Revival Project.
Very simple: Keep the good stuff!! Make time for fun:)
I'll try to do as many exciting and/or new stuff every week:)
This week:
-I ate a fresh blood orange. Yes, I don't know if I ever ate one. Maybe...But then it was a long long time ago!
-I went to the library the 2nd day of the new semester!! Say WUUUUUUTTT
- I joined BEST, Board of European Students of Technology
-I did a solicitation interview and got the job. Although the guy told me he actually only wanted people in their Masters. But apparently my CV looked good.
Bazinga!
